Ingredients

100 ml Pineapple Juice
50 ml Premium Gin – we used Sir Edmonds Vanilla Bourbon Gin
30 ml Coconut Rum
Pineapple wedge for garnish
ice

Instructions

Add Ice to cocktail shaker
Add Pineapple Juice, Gin and Coconut Rum to cocktail shaker
Shake well. Strain and pour in to Martini glass of choice
Garnish with Pineapple wedge
